ABOUT ME
Hannah is a mother, dog lover and big advocate for both movement and a healthy mindset. An experienced Myotherapist who combines hands on treatment with Pilates based exercise and movement.
EXPERIENCE
My years in the health industry as a Myotherapist and Remedial Massage therapist have taught me that no two bodies are the same.

Having had movement and mobility restricted through out many stages of my life, due to injuries, cancer surgeries, pregnancy etc - movement in some form or another was always the answer.
